VERFOLGER 28 PROTO TYPE ONE
CLICK TO VISIT BUILD ON WATTFLYER
Designed By Capt. Lipo Pilot

Verfolger means Pursuer in German. I wanted to created my own version of a combat fighter following the rules of R/C Combat. This is my design of a twin boomed 28" inch wing span fighter plane that is easy to build, and funner then hell to fly. Moves like a jet, but simple enough for the new pilot to fly. Verfolger makes it easy to pursue flight. If I was to best describe this plane, it moves like a aerobatic fighter, and with power off glides like a eagle. Click on the photo below to visit my build on wattflyer. You can also watch the maiden flight video.

BREWSTER BUFFALO COMBAT FIGHTER
CLICK ME TO VIEW THE BUILD ON WATTFLYER
Designed By Capt. Lipo Pilot

The Brewster Buffalo was called the Flying Coffin by the U.S. Marines. Issued to the Navy for the war over the Pacific it failed badly against the Zero. After it was replaced by the Hellcats and P51's the Brewsters were sold to the Finnish Army, where the Brewster was a complete Ace in the war against Russia. This is my version of the Brewster, scaled directly from the 3 Views I found on a Finnish Army website. I also followed the same paint scheme as the last known Brewster. The BW372 #5, Click on the photo below to view my build and construction the Brewster. You can also view the maiden video.

BLERIOT XI 1909 MONOPLANE

CLICK PHOTO TO VISIT THE BUILD
Built By Capt. Lipo Pilot
This is a replica of the Bleriot XI monoplane designed by Louise Bleriot. This model has also been entered into the Wattfler Scratch -N- build Contest #3. The Bleriot was the first airplane to cross the English Channel. The construction material of Bleriot XI is foam, spruce wood, and balsa. Not only is the Bleriot a famous first time plane from the early age of aviation, it a true piece of artwork.

BLAKE 300 EL SPORT RACERCLICK TO CHECK OUT THE BUILD ON WATTFLYER
Designed By Mike Jordan
Created In Foam By Capt. Lipo Pilot

The Blake 300 EL Sport Racer was drawn up and designed from a plane that was posted by another Watt member in my Concetto 30" build post on Wattflyer. Mike J. of Washington presented some photos of his Balsa Blake 40 he also built on Wattflyer. Mike is the designer of the Blake. The design and layout follow the 1940's sport flyer era of planes. Rear seater cockpit and long noses. I liked his Blake 40 so much I decided to do it in 6mm depron foam. I scaled the WS down to 30 inches, but kepted the full fuse look. After speaking with Mike in emails and passing hand drawn plans back and forth, the foam Blake 300 EL was complete. Mike's Blake 40 made of covered balsa in ol'school fashion is one the sexiest little sport planes I have ever seen. He told me the plane was named after his #1st grandson coming in April, "Blake". So I follow the name pattern by numbering my Blake #04 for his birth month. Also picked a color every boy loves Black and Red. I just finished this project but you can check out my build at Wattflyer. Hope you enjoy my version of one sexy sport racer...the BLAKE 300 EL...#04. Just click the photo below and it will take you there. You can also watch Capt. Blake take to the air on his maiden.

CONCETTO 30 SPORT FLYER
CLICK TO VIEW MY BUILD ON WATTFLYER
Designed By Capt. Lipo Pilot

My Concetto 30 is my design of a 1940's style sport racer. I basically wanted to experiment with some aerobatic type flying. Using proven features of some of my other builds I came with this rear cockpit sport flyer. This wing is off my Brewster design, and the fuse was hand drawn and same with the tail feathers. You can click on the photo below and visit my build topic on Wattflyer and watch the video below.

TWITTER BIPLANE
CLICK HERE TO VISIT THE BUILD

Designed By Capt. Lipo Pilot
My first entry into the Wattfler Scratch -N- Build contest. This is my idea of a funny little cartoonish biplane. The plane is constructed from depron foam and balsa strips for re-enforcement. The Twitter is also covered with MonoKote film using a heat iron and heat gun. Both wings and the fuse are hollow to give a cool blue see thru look. Click the photo to visit the build of this Biplane on Wattflyer.
